New Product Development Pastry Chef

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a clear passion, skill and innovative flair in patisserie in order to create top quality products for our high profile clients, working within a strong development team and under the guidance of our Product Development Manager.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have practical experience in patisserie from within a restaurant/hotel environment, the ability to work under pressure, have NVQ level 3/4 in patisserie or equivalent and be competent in using Microsoft Office.
